Police have arrested three men in connection with a string of robberies in Gwinnett and Rockdale counties, according to wsbtv.com.
Menshack Nyepah and Jemelle Francis are accused of robbing a Georgia's Own Credit Union bank in Conyers and two Dollar General stores in Gwinnett County, wsbtv.com reported Tuesday, adding that Sean Foster is accused of helping them rob the Dollar General stores, one in Lawrenceville and the other in Snellville.
Menshack Nyepah was accused of the May 2010 murder of Anthony Carter of DeKalb County, and wsbtv.com reported that he was out on bond when the robberies occurred.
Nyepah's lawyer, Max Hirsh, said the bond was not for the murder case. He said that case was dismissed for lack of evidence and that his client was out on bond in an unrelated case for which he was charged with aggravated assault.
