A public hearing to consider rezoning Atlanta- Newnan Road will be held before the Planning Commission of the Chattahoochee Hills City Council 6 p.m. Dec. 11.
The application to rezone this 40o acre area was made by the Serenbe Development Corporation, which seeks to rezone and ultimately expand the area called Serenbe hamlet. A further meeting in front of the Chattahoochee Hills City Council is scheduled for Jan. 6. Both meetings will take place at Chattahoochee Hills City Hall, 6505 Rico Road.
