Clayton County Commissioner Shana Rooks and the Psi Alpha Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority are hosting a quarterly educational series on the Affordable Care Act. The 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. public forum will be Thursday at the Student Activities Center at Clayton State University, 2000 Clayton State Blvd. District Health director Dr. Alpha Fowler Bryan will serve on a panel discussion about the law. A team from Get Covered America will be available to help people understand and sign up with health insurance marketplaces.
