Three personnel changes were approved by the Powder Springs City Council Monday.
Two new positions were created, those of maintenance supervisor and deputy/assistant public works director.
Tina Garver was promoted to community Development director, a position held previously by the current City Manager Pam Conner.
Garver has been the interim community development director and the previous zoning administrator.
In her place, the position of special projects coordinator for Planning and Zoning Administration is open until filled.
