Peachtree Corners will vote soon on FY17 budget

The Peachtree Corners city council began the process this month to evaluate funding needed for the Fiscal Year 2017 budget.

Highlights of the budget include $1.2 million for Town Green construction, $650,000 for multi-use trail construction, $100,000 for a street light enhancement program, $641,000 for sidewalk improvements and $4 million for intersection improvements along State Route 141 at East Jones Bridge Road, Spalding Drive and Peachtree Corners Circle. The budget is based in part on an anticipated $5.7 million in SPLOST funding.
