Instead of holding an annual retreat, Peachtree City’s City Council is holding a series of monthly public meetings to discuss future plans.

A review process began Feb. 9, and the next workshop will be held at 6:30 p.m. on March 1 at City Hall. That meeting will provide an overview of statistics and demographic trends related to housing, retail and industry, both within the city and in surrounding areas.

“We want input from our citizens on who we are as a community, and what we want to be in the next 20 years,” City Manager Jon Rorie said.
