The Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre Foundation will present the third annual Shuler Hensley Awards for excellence in high school musical theater on April 26.
Nominations were announced this week for awards in 15 categories to be handed out to Atlanta area high school students performing in musicals ranging from “Oklahoma!” to “The Wiz.”
This year’s awards show will feature students from 40 schools representing 12 counties onstage with Marietta native and Tony Award-winning Broadway performer, Shuler Hensley.
