Three North Fulton elementary schools will be getting new principals.

Fulton County School District officials said Coretta Stewart will take over as principal at Alpharetta Elementary School. She’s currently an assistant principal at Stonewall Tell elementary and replaces Adam Maroney, who left to take the same job at the new Highway 9 Elementary School.

Christine Lemerond will move into the top job at Shakerag Elementary in Johns Creek. She takes over from Martin Neuhaus, who left to become principal at Barnwell Elementary. Lemerond has been assistant principal at Wilson Creek Elementary School.

LaToya Gray will become principal of Summit Hill Elementary in Alpharetta, replacing the recently-retired Nancy Murphy. Gray has been an assistant principal at Cambridge High School for the past three years.

Lemerond takes over the helm Friday, while Stewart and Gray transition on April 11, following spring break.
