Miniature horses ‘make a go for it’ in DeKalb after storm damages fence

Two miniature horses were briefly on the run in DeKalb County on Monday morning after the overnight storm damaged their fence.
After the horses “made a go for it,” DeKalb police officer found them near Stratmor Road off Hugh Howell Road in Tucker, the police department announced in a tweet.
“The cuties were safely corralled until their owner arrived,” according to the tweet, which included photos of officers posing with the animals.
The horses appeared to be in stable condition.
