Two youth sports organizations have been approved by the Milton City Council to offer programming in the North Fulton community.
The council approved having the Hopewell Youth Association offer a youth baseball program and camps at Bell Memorial Park, Birmingham United Methodist Church and Hopewill Middle School.
The council also approved an agreement with Eagle Stix Lacrosse to run a girls youth lacrosse program and camps at Bell Memorial Park, the Cox Road Athletic Complex, Northwestern Middle School and Birmingham Falls Elementary School.
The city will receive a 15% commission on registrations from the two organizations.
