The international Hollaback movement to combat street harassment, a form of sexual harassment that takes place in public places, has re-launched its app for iPhone and Android phones. The app, developed by Jill Dimond, a Ph.D candidate at Georgia Tech, can be downloaded at www.ihollaback.org. The app allows bystanders to report their stories while mobile. MELISSA RUGGIERI

If you’re a Georgia parent still in search of the right summer camp, you’re in luck.
A new website – www.allgacamps.org – launched Monday by Quality Care for Children puts camp listings in one searchable database.
With over 700 summer programs listed throughout Georgia and outlining areas, the website features camps ranging from educational programs to arts and sports. After signing in, parents can save their camp searches, compare camps side-by-side, and print a list of their choices. Parents who successfully sign in and use the site in June are eligible to win a $250 VISA gift card.
QCC is offering the site in partnership with Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Education and Learning, which is responsible for meeting the child care and early education needs of Georgia’s children and their families.
“In the past, finding and evaluating a camp program has been hit or miss,” said Pam Tatum, CEO of Quality Care for Children. “Now parents can easily access a single statewide database, plug in their particular needs, and quickly pinpoint the camps that meet their criteria.”
