Three Meadowcreek High students tecently received a national recognition for earning high scores on an accounting challenge exam.
The students, Ahmad F. Chaudhary, Christina C. Sok and Jack T. Pham participated in the 2011 National Financial Capability Challenge and scored in the top 20 percent of test-takers.
The students received certificates of achievement from U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Timothy F. Geithner and U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan for their high scores.
