Marietta officials will hold three Citizen Listening Sessions in October and November on how to spend funding from the federal government.

The city’s Community Development Division uses the Community Development Block Grant funds to support activities which stabilize and strengthen neighborhoods.

Suggestions are encouraged by city officials on how the city can use the funding to improve eligible Marietta neighborhoods.

All sessions will begin at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., the sessions will be held Oct. 11 and 25 and Nov. 16 at the city’s Community Development Office, 268 Lawrence St., Suite 200, Marietta.
