The Marietta City Council will conduct a public hearing next week on whether to annex 3.17 acres.
Alan Schlact, on behalf of Kraft Mark Homes, is requesting the annexation of 770, 780, 786 and 790 Powers Ferry Road. The public hearing is scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday at Council Chambers, City Hall, 205 Lawrence St., Marietta. A description of these properties may be viewed in the Planning and Zoning Office, City Hall, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays.
