A man was killed when his vehicle rolled over him in his driveway Saturday, Gwinnett County police said.
Tai V. Nguyen of Lawrenceville pulled his Toyota Camry into his residence on Baldridge Drive just before 4 p.m. and exited the car but left it in drive, according to the police report.
The car then began to roll backward and Nguyen tried to stop it by pushing on the trunk, the report states.
He was unable to stop the car and it rolled on top of him, killing him. When Gwinnett fire personnel responded, they confirmed the engine was still running.
The investigation continues.
