Power issues that shut down train service at the Lindbergh MARTA station during the early stages of Thursday's morning commute were resolved and the station reopened just before 7 a.m.

MARTA was having problems getting power to the tracks at the Lindbergh Center station at 5:30 a.m., according to Lyle Harris, a spokesman for the transit agency.

A "bus bridge" was set up between Arts Center station and the Buckhead and Lenox stations.

Hundreds of passengers packed the Arts Center bus platform at 6:30 a.m., waiting to board northbound buses.

MARTA officials have not said what caused the 90-minute outage.
