You can get a lot of things at QT. Add two baby goats to that list.

A citizen and gas station workers found the kids wandering around the parking lot about 6 p.m. on Sunday, said Marietta police spokesman officer Chuck McPhilamy.

They loaded the goats, which had collars, into a van and tried to find the owners. After two hours, they gave up and called 911.

This happened at the QT on the corner of Sandy Plains and Canton roads, which the cops called a busy intersection.

Two officers, Noah Maack and Nick St. Onge, got the goats into a patrol vehicle and waited 30 minutes for animal control to arrive.

The department tweeted out a picture of the goats saying "baaaad boys baaaad boys?!?!"

McPhilamy said animal control folks took the kids to the county shelter because their owner couldn’t be found.

More details were not available from staff at the shelter because the facility is closed on Mondays.
