Johns Creek officials have announced “a major facelift and functionality upgrade” for the city’s smart phone application.

The “JC Now” app will replace the JC Fix It/SeeClickFix app previously used by Johns Creek, according to the city announcement. The app is intended to ease the reporting process for residents, letting them log in and report an issue.

With the upgrade, residents can now report a problem, such as a pot hole, or request services; track their report or request; and communicate with city staff. The app also lets residents receive push emergency notifications from the city, and allows contractors and businesses to submit inspection requests.

The app can be found for downloading by searching for "JC Now" at the Apple App Store or Google Play. Information: https://bit.ly/2LGyGXV
