Free haircuts, massages to bring community together

Feb 22, 2012

In an effort to expand the concept of Black History Month to community outreach, on Saturday, Atlanta tutoring company Trowers Dream Academy and Mabelton barbershop, King of Clippers, will provide free haircuts, massages and games for local residents.

The day has been designed to honor Black History Month, by educating children, families and the community on the importance of black history and culture.

The event will be held from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Central Park Recreation Center, 400 Merritts Ave. Atlanta.
