The city of Fayetteville is asking residents to take a short survey regarding local economic development.
Last August, the city hired Garner Economics LLC, to create a strategy to help the city attract and retain new business. It released a 57-page Competitive Realities Report in December 2015 that outlined details and recommendations. The city’s June online newsletter, available at www.fayetteville-ga.gov, includes links to the full report and to a survey that lets readers weigh in on the 13 proposed strategies for city development, which include ideas for local government, commerce and education.
