Due to ongoing coronavirus restrictions, the Fayette County and Peachtree City libraries will remain closed to the public through April 30.

All previously scheduled programs and events for that period have been canceled. Library staff will remain available 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday to answer questions via email, Facebook Messenger or phone (770-461-8841). Patrons are asked to keep all checked-out items until the library reopens; the outdoor book drop boxes are closed. Due dates will automatically be adjusted, and no overdue fines will be charged for items that were in good standing when the libraries closed March 16. Book donations will not be accepted until further notice.

Audiobooks and e-book downloads are still available; see www.fayettecountyga.gov/public_library/index.htm and www.peachtree-city.org/125/Library for details.
