Dunwoody to consider rezoning requests

The Dunwoody Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a regularly scheduled meeting 7 p.m. Thursday at Dunwoody City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 250 to consider rezoning requests.

Apollo Sign and Light/AT&T, on behalf of Akin Properties LLC, owner of 2488 Mt. Vernon Road, seeks a sign variance from local law to bring into compliance an existing roof sign and to allow installation of two face-lit signs.

Another appeal to be considered is from Martin Drucker, owner of a property on Manget Court, who seeks a variance to increase the setback requirements in the right of way to construct a new house.
