Cobb’s new District 4 Commissioner, Lisa Cupid, will host two town halls this month, 7 p.m. Feb. 12 at Threadmill Complex, 5000 Austell-Powder Springs Road, Austell and 7 p.m. Feb. 28 at South Cobb Community Center, 620 Lions Club Drive, Mableton.
