Developer seeks to expand South Fulton hamlet

The city of Chattahoochee Hills will hold a public hearing on rezoning. Serenbe Development Corporation would like to develop three parcels totaling 421.7 acres on Atlanta Newnan Road to expand the Serenbe hamlet.

The petition will be heard during the Planning Commission meeting 6 p.m. Dec. 11 and the Mayor and City Council meeting 7 p.m. Jan. 6. Both meetings will be at City Hall, 6505 Rico Road, Chattahoochee Hills.
