DeKalb County and Stone Mountain are planning a series of training sessions on fire prevention at home and at work.
DeKalb County Fire Rescue Public Education Unit and Stone Mountain will hold six hour-long sessions at Stone Mountain City Hall. The classes also will cover the proper use a fire extinguisher and the need for evacuation and exit drills.
The classes start at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on June 21 and 24 and at 3 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on June 27.
