DeKalb management retreat focuses on key government areas

DeKalb County department directors and other senior managers recently participated in a daylong retreat to focus on critical areas of government.

Leaders focused on goals in public safety, economic development, neighborhood empowerment, government efficiency and fiscal issues. Strategies and goals were suggested by a stakeholder group of DeKalb residents.
