DeKalb County Commissioner Lee May is releasing a book on the impact of faith in his life and politics.
The self-published book, “My God, My Politics,” will be launched at a special discussion with the Rev. Joseph Lowery at noon, Saturday at the Mall of Stonecrest near Lithonia.
May, who holds a Masters of Divinity degree from Emory University’s Candler School of Theology, is the commission’s deputy presiding officer and head of the budget committee.
