Cops: 2-year-old not returned by father after visit found safe

A 2-year-old girl who reportedly was not returned to her mother after a visit with her father over the weekend has been found safe, Marietta police said early Thursday.
A warrant had been issued for 29-year-old Franklin D. Horton for interference with custody, authorities said.
Horton picked up Sanai President-Horton on Saturday, but did not bring her back to her legal custodian Sunday, police said. They were contacted Wednesday after multiple attempts to contact Horton had failed.
