Cobb Senior Services offer many programs and services to help seniors and caregivers in need.

Staff is accepting applications now for financial assistance to help low-income seniors, 55 years old and older, who need help with eviction notices, utility disconnections or prescription assistance.

Seniors, who are 55 or older and need assistance with transportation to doctor and medical treatment appointments, may be eligible to receive free bus passes that can be used to help with the cost of riding CobbLinc, CobbLinc ParaTransit and FLEX bus service.

The Share the Care program provides temporary support and relief to family caregivers who are caring for a loved one diagnosed with Alzheimer’s-related dementia or chronic health conditions such as failure to thrive, stroke, multiple sclerosis, end-stage COPD or end-stage renal disease.
