New Order National Human Rights Organization and His Hands Youth Connections will hold a prayer vigil and unity march on Saturday in Austell for victims of the Colorado movie theater shooting.
The goal of the vigil is to promote love, unity and stopping the violence. The vigil will be followed by a youth rally featuring back-to-school information and items, along with free lunch and haircuts for students.
The prayer vigil begins at 9 a.m. at Regal Movie Theaters, 2480 East-West Connector in Austell; the youth rally begins at noon at Georgia Sweetwater Park, 2447 Clay Road in Austell.
