Cobb approves opening of auto shops, offices

The Cobb County Board of Commissioners has approved rezonings for two auto shops and four offices.
- Prime Collision Repair, owned by the Pruett Family, will operate an automotive paint and body repair shop off a private easement on the west side of Canton Road, north of Dover Street.
- Discount Tire Co., owned by East Cobb Investment Partners, will service wheels and tires only on the south side of Roswell Road, west of East Cobb Drive.
- A Union Hall and associated offices for IUEC Local 32 Building Corp., owned by Blair Bridge Holding, will open on the north side of Blair Bridge Road, east of Bridgeport Court.
- Russell Landscape, owned by Timothy C. Aldridge, will open an office at the southwest intersection of Veterans Memorial Highway and Cooks Road.
- Melo Investments will open an office on the southeast side of Austell Road, south of Sandtown Road.
- CII Holdings will open industrial steel fabrication and offices on the southeast side of White Circle, east of Cobb Parkway.
