Clayton County seeks resident input on transit plans

Clayton County officials are asking for public input on the upcoming transit initiative. Residents are urged to attend meetings to:

-Discuss the results and outcomes of the purpose and need

-Be informed of the project status

-Review and respond to feedback from the public and stakeholders received to date

Meetings are scheduled for:

• 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Oct. 17 at Jonesboro High School – Media Center, 7728 Mt. Zion Blvd, Jonesboro. (Jonesboro High School can be accessed via MARTA Bus Route 193.)
• 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 21 at Clayton State University – East Arbor Hall auditorium, 5823 Trammell Rd., Morrow. (Clayton State University can be accessed via MARTA Bus Route 193.)
