The Clayton County Board of Commissioners now offers residents increased access to public meeting information along with live and on-demand video of government meetings. This new platform, powered by Accela Legislative Management, helps to streamline and manage public meetings and legislative management processes.
Clayton County has leveraged Accela Legislative Management’s ‘MinuteTraq’ software to automate
the preparation of meeting agendas and instantly publish meeting materials and information online.
The public can access this information quickly and from anywhere, including full-text search
capability. This new service provides the live video streaming of Board of Commissioners meetings
over the Internet, whether on the county’s website or a mobile app for iPad.
Board of Commissioners meetings are accessible through the county website or by using the
free “WeGovern” app for iPad.
