The Cherokee County Planning Commission will consider a pair of subdivision zoning requests and a possible assisted living facility at its meeting next week.
The commission will weigh in on the Pacific Group’s request to rezone almost 30 acres on Charles Cox Drive from agricultural to residential for a proposed single family residential subdivision. Similarly, commissioners will decide on RRR 2015, LLC’s push to rezone slightly more than 18 aces on Ball Ground Highway from single-family residential to estate residential district for a residential subdivision.
Centric Development, LLC seeks approval to rezone nearly 5 acres on Ga. 92 from single-family residential to office/institutional for an assisted living facility.
The commission will meet at 7 p.m. Dec. 1 at the Cherokee County Administration Building, 1130 Bluffs Parkway, Canton.
