The owners of the Cherokee County’s Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta have broken ground for phase two of the center.
The 33,000 square-foot-expansion is set to open before the 2015 holiday season, and will add several new stores on the north side of the center, including GAP outlet and Banana Republic.
The mall is owned by CBL and Associates Properties Inc., and Horizon Group Properties Inc. It opened in July of 2013 at Interstate 575 and Ridgewalk Parkway and currently contains 93 stores.
