The Chattahoochee Hills Planning Commission will conduct a special called meeting at 6 p.m. tonight at Chattahoochee Hills City Hall, 6505 Rico Road.
There will be a public hearing during the meeting to discuss the annexation of 135 acres in Fulton County proposed to be added to the city. The commission will also talk about the de-annexation of another 126 acres in the city, amendments to the text of the city’s bed and breakfast ordinance, and a discussion of accessory dwelling regulations, which is private property not considered a primary residence. The public will be allowed to ask questions and comment at the end of the meeting.
