The city of Chamblee and the Chamblee Downtown Development Authority is seeking qualified artists to create a mural for Downtown Chamblee along Peachtree Road.
The project for the mural is part of the Chamblee Downtown Renaissance Plan. The city included this project to find artwork to enhance the visual appearance of Peachtree Road. The site of the mural will be adjacent to the Whole Foods Market currently under construction, with the existing retaining wall on Peachtree Road at Peachtree Boulevard being an important entry into historic Chamblee’s central business district.
