Elizabeth Way at Canton Street is in the heart of historic downtown Roswell.

For those who can’t wait for Christmas, the city of Roswell is holding its annual Caroling on Canton event Sunday.

There will be groups of carolers on Canton Street from 5 to 7 p.m.

The city encourages people to show up and listen to holiday tunes. There will also be a bonfire to help keep warm.

This is a free event, and no tickets are required. The city's Facebook event page on Thursday showed more than 200 people have said they plan to attend.

Groups interested in signing up have been instructed to do so online.
