The Brookhaven Planning Commission will hear a rezoning request for development of two single family residences during its meeting 7 p.m. Wednesday at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road. The request, made by Livingston Homes LLC, is for property at 1511 Briarwood Road.
The commission will also hear a request from SSP Dresden, LLC to rezone two properties for development of a mixed use building with 194 residential units and 20,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space. The properties are at 1336, 1342, 1350, 1358, 1364 and 1370 Dresden Drive; and 2562, 2552 and 2544 Caldwell Road.
