Brookhaven delays approval of annexation

The city of Brookhaven Council in a special called meeting Monday voted to defer consideration and approval of ordinances allowing Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Executive Park to annex into Brookhaven city limits.

“We want to continue the process of making sure the annexation request is thoroughly vetted before making a final decision,” said Mayor J. Max Davis.
