Vani Senthil of Duluth High School won the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution and the National Italian American Foundation's Christopher Columbus Essay Contest.

Susan Naylor of Waleska was honored by the Music Teachers National Association as an MTNA Foundation Fellow during the association's gala in Maryland.

Nishita Ghanate, Callum Guo, Saket Surapaneni and Sam Wombough of Woodward Academy participated in the Georgia Forensics Coaches Association annual state tournament for first year debaters in Warner Robins. Guo and Wombouh took 3rd place overall while Ghanate and Surapanei took 5th place overall.
