Birrell hosts town hall

Commissioner JoAnn Birrell will hold her first town hall meeting of 2013 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 19 at the county’s headquarters’ 100 Cherokee Street, Marietta, 30090. The meeting will focus on upcoming changes to the car tag tax. Tax Commissioner Gail Downing will give a presentation, and there will be a chance to ask questions.
