If you're among the more than 150,000 folks who've watched the Atlanta Police Department's new video, in which dozens of cops dance to Pharrell Williams' runaway hit "Happy," it probably brought a smile to your face.
But not so for many of the rank and file officers. Instead, they danced right on down to the Atlanta City Council chambers to sing an old, sad song.
