The community development and human resources committee of Atlanta's City Council will hold several public work sessions in the next two weeks. The first, to run from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 17, will focus on special events in Atlanta's parks. From 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 24, the city's economic development agency, Invest Atlanta, will make a presentation on tax allocation districts. And starting at noon on April 24, the committee will discuss impact fees. The meetings are scheduled to be held in Committee Room 2 of Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Ave.
