If you didn’t like last weekend’s rainy, gloomy weather, you probably won’t be too happy about the forecast for the upcoming weekend.

Channel 2 Action News meteorologist Karen Minton said there’s a 30 percent chance of rain late in the day on Friday, increasing to 60 percent Saturday before dropping back to 20 percent on Sunday.

Until then, partly cloudy skies are expected Wednesday, with only a 10 percent chance of a passing shower and highs around 77 degrees.

Thursday will be mostly sunny and warmer, with afternoon readings topping out in the low 80s after a morning low of around 59.

Temperatures will remain warm Friday, again reaching the low 80s, Minton said.

Weekend highs will be in the upper 70s Saturday and mid-70s Sunday, with lows a degree or two on either side of 60.
