All Hapeville City Council seats up for election face challengers

All three Hapeville City Council seats up for election in November have challengers.

The qualifying for office of Councilman at Large, Councilman Ward I, and Councilman Ward II in Hapeville closed today at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 23. The following candidates have qualified for office:
