A Georgia woman was arrested Tuesday after deputies said she worked at a high school football game in violation of the State Sexual Offender Registry, according to multiple reports.
Amanda L. Pardue, 38, a registered sex offender, was arrested by deputies in Dade County, according to ABC affiliate WTVC in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Pardue worked the concession stand last week, WTVC reported.
“Probable cause was determined to affect an arrest for Amanda Pardue as she knew, or should have known that her actions on October 22, 2021 were in violation of the State Sexual Offender Registry,” according to a Facebook post by the Dade County Sheriff’s Office.
“No registered sex offender shall be employed or volunteer at any school or childcare facility or at any entity within 1000 feet of a school, child care facility or church,” according to Georgia law.
In 2018, Pardue was charged with sending inappropriate messages and pictures of herself to 14-year-old boys while she worked as a substitute teacher, according to a news release.
Pardue pleaded guilty to computer or electronic pornography charges, WTVC reported, and she was sentenced to 10 years’ probation and registered as a sex offender.
Pardue is in the Dade County Jail and is awaiting a first appearance hearing.
