Georgia Boy Choir accepts 21 new members, seeking more

The Georgia Boy Choir accepted 21 new members into their ranks on Saturday after recruiting them from schools such as Mount Vernon Presbyterian School, E. Rivers Elementary School and Nesbit Elementary School. The choir, currently in its 5th season, has quickly gained a reputation as one of the finest choirs of its kind. In Summer 2014, the choir will serve as the Choir In Residence at London’s St. Paul’s Cathedral. This Saturday, Sept. 14, the choir will again be holding auditions for boys ages 5 – 12 to join its Apprentice, Training and Intermediate Choirs, at the Heiskell School at 4360 Northside Drive.
