A San Antonio man fatally shot his wife in his home Saturday where he claims he mistook her for an intruder.
Police responded to the home around 4:15 a.m. after the man "heard noises coming from the front of the house and saw a flashlight," KENS 5 News reports.
The wife, Debora Kelly, was found with a gunshot wound and died at the scene.
Detectives interviewed the husband and so far no charges have been filed against him.
