A Michigan man faces several charges after he allegedly fondled a woman as she slept, recorded the attack and filmed a separate video of a toddler using the restroom.
Robert Dale Parker Jr., 32, appeared in court Thursday and waved a probable cause hearing, WZZM reported.
He has been held in the Kent County Jail since March 22, when Kentwood police arrested him on charges including surveilling an unclothed person and possession of obscene material of a child, according to jail records.
His arrest came after a woman found a video on her cellphone of herself being groped by Parker while she slept. She turned the video and other phones linked to Parker over to investigators, according to WZZM.
At the time of the assault, the victim was taking medication for a sleeping disorder. One of the attacks happened as she slept in a chair in her garage, WZZM reported, citing court records. In a video of the assault, Parker was seen speaking to the woman as he reached out and groped her.
On other phones given to police, investigators found more videos of the victim along with child pornography. According to WZZM, Parker allegedly recorded a 3-year-old girl using the bathroom and had other photos of younger girls in explicit positions.
Parker faces two counts of surveilling an unclothed person and one count each of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct of an incapacitated victim, child sexually abusive commercial activity and possession of child sexually abusive material.
